Ginger Zinger Mocktail

This rum-based cocktail blends the fiery warmth of Fentimans Ginger Beer with the sweet, tropical notes of coconut and a touch of espresso for richness. It’s smooth, lightly spiced, and perfect to enjoy any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 1 fl oz Espresso (cooled)
  • 1 fl oz Dark rum
  • 0.75 fl oz Coconut syrup
  • Coconut chips to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the dark rum.
  3. Add the cooled espresso.
  4. Stir in the coconut syrup.
  5. Slowly pour the Fentimans Ginger Beer over the back of a spoon to layer.
  6. Garnish with coconut chips and serve.
