Ginger Zinger Mocktail
This rum-based cocktail blends the fiery warmth of Fentimans Ginger Beer with the sweet, tropical notes of coconut and a touch of espresso for richness. It’s smooth, lightly spiced, and perfect to enjoy any time of year.
Ingredients
- 4 fl oz Fentimans Ginger Beer
- 1 fl oz Espresso (cooled)
- 1 fl oz Dark rum
- 0.75 fl oz Coconut syrup
- Coconut chips to garnish
Method
- Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Pour in the dark rum.
- Add the cooled espresso.
- Stir in the coconut syrup.
- Slowly pour the Fentimans Ginger Beer over the back of a spoon to layer.
- Garnish with coconut chips and serve.
