The name ‘Magpie’ is derived from our routes in the North-East of England. Here we pair Tanqueray Gin and Vermouth with Fentimans fragrant and floral Elderflower Tonic Water to create a delightfully long drink with to sip and savour.


  • 25 ml Mancino Secco Vermouth
  • 25 ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
  • Fentimans Elderflower Tonic water
  • Cardamon seeds


  1. Add the Mancino Secco Vermouth and Tanqueray London Dry Gin into a glass filled with ice
  2. Top with Fentimans Elderflower Tonic water
  3. Garnish with Cardamon Seeds
