Ingredients

• 3.5 fl oz Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water
• 1 fl oz Campari
• 3.5 fl oz prosecco
• Fresh mint sprig and a slice of pink grapefruit, for garnish

Method

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.
2. Add the Campari.
3. Pour in the prosecco.
4. Top with Fentimans Pink Grapefruit Tonic Water.
