Speculoos Ginger Eggnog

Celebrate the festive season with our indulgent Speculoos Ginger Eggnog! This rich and creamy cocktail blends the warm, spiced flavors of Speculoos with the zing of Fentimans Ginger Beer, creating a sweet and comforting drink perfect for winter gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 1.5 fl oz Rum
  • 1 fl oz Cinnamon Syrup (we recommend Monin Cookie Butter Speculoos Syrup)
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 Egg White
  • 1 fl oz Double Cream
  • Biscoff biscuit (for garnish)

Method

  1. In a shaker, combine the egg yolk, egg white, rum, and syrup
  2. Shake well until mixed
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass
  4. Top up with 4 fl oz of Fentimans Ginger Beer
  5. Gently mix and garnish with a Biscoff biscuit for a delightful finish
