The 1905 Cocktail

A sophisticated mocktail that tastes every bit as good as it looks, The 1905 was created by Fentimans Ambassador and renowned bartender Joe Schofield. The combination of pear and Fentimans Ginger Beer creates a beautifully balanced drink that’s refreshing, aromatic, and endlessly enjoyable.

Ingredients

  • 3.5 fl oz Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 1 fl oz Fresh ginger juice
  • 0.5 fl oz Pear syrup
  • Garnish with a slice of pear

Method

  1. Fill a short glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the pear syrup.
  3. Add the fresh ginger juice and stir gently.
  4. Top up with Fentimans Ginger Beer.
  5. Garnish with a thin slice of pear and serve.
