Ingredients

  • 6.7 fl oz Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • 1.5 fl oz Spiced Rum
  • 1 spoon Orange Marmalade
  • 0.5 fl oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 drops Chocolate Bitter
  • Garnish with sliced fresh ginger

Method

  1. Add the Spiced Rum, Orange Marmalade, fresh lemon juice and bitters into a mixing vessel
  2. Shake and strain
  3. Pour over ice in a high ball glass
  4. Top with Fentimans Ginger Beer
  5. Garnish with ginger
