Wilfred's Rose & Cherry Spritz

The bittersweet orange, aromatic rosemary and rhubarb flavours of Wildred’s meet our iconic Rose Lemonade and cherry flavours to create this sublime festive spritz.  Inspired by classic British bakes and crafted with quality ingredients, it’s a grown-up serve that looks the part and pairs perfectly with seasonal feasts.

Ingredients

• Fentimans Rose Lemonade
• 50ml Wilfred's Aperitif
• 2 tsp Cherry compote (or more if you like cherries!)
• A splash of Peychaud Bitters (contains alcohol so leave out if needed)
• Ice
• Cherries to garnish

Method

1. Add the cherry compote to a glass and mix in the Wilfred's Aperitif (and bitters if desired) and stir.
2. Fill the cocktail glass with ice and top up with Fentimans Rose Lemonade.
3. Gently stir, and garnish with fresh cherries.
