Ingredients

• 7 fl oz Fentimans Ginger Beer
• 1.5 fl oz Spiced Rum
• 1 fl oz Apple Juice
• 0.5 fl oz Salted Caramel Syrup
• Garnish with apple slices

Method

1. Pour the Spiced Rum, apple juice, and salted caramel syrup into a highball glass over ice.
2. Top up with Fentimans Ginger Beer and stir gently.
3. Garnish with fresh apple slices.
