This is made by botanically brewing and blending botanicals, such as ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and cherry juice. The result is a sweet-bodied, flavor-filled cola that is best served over plenty of ice.
The cherry fruit is part of the rosaceae family, which also includes almonds, peaches, apricots and plums. Available in many species, the two kinds most commonly eaten are the wild or sweet cherry, Prunus avium, and the sour cherry, Prunus cerasus.
We use cherry juice in our Cherry Cola to add a sweet depth of flavor.
