QUININE

Quinine comes from the bark of the cinchona tree. Alone, it has a bitter taste, but when combined with sweetening ingredients in our luxury tonic water, it is distinctly citrusy and earthy.

Our Connoisseurs Tonic Water pairs beautifully as a gin mixer – we recommend citrusy gins, like orange, grapefruit, or lemon. You could also mix it with a gin rich in juniper or a root for a beautifully botanical experience. We also have lemonade and other fizzy drinks if you’d prefer a sweeter mixer.
